By mapping existing processes, we can present an automated solution that increases the organization’s efficiency and unlock time for more value-adding activities. As experts in business workflows, we know that delegating transactional tasks to a robot or a smooth automated process will increase the productivity and the quality of the work. Making sure that the robot is seamlessly installed for our customer’s business-specific needs, our goal is to educate our customers to be as independent as possible when managing the robot. In practice, this means that our customers should be able to set up processes and activities on their own when they need to, supported by us only if necessary.
